Golf Tournament Ticket Instructions 

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a Le Birdie Ticket taking place on Monday September 16th at Whitlock Golf and Country Club. Shotgun start at 12pm. 

Please ensure you follow these instructions when purchasing your ticket.

1- Is this a personal or business purchase? Please make sure the information you input reflects the correct purchaser. 

2- Tax receipts are issued to the person or business of the purchaser once the ticket(s) are purchased. 

3- Only one tax receipt is issued per purchase. 

4- Please provide your phone number and email.

5- If you are part of a foursome, please add the names in the notes.

6- Please add any dietary restrictions in the notes. 

7- You can add any other comments or information in notes, or you can contact us at jamie@lenichoir.org or 450-458-2809 ex 6 should you have any questions.
