OARS stands for Oil Spill Avian Response System. It was conceived by Le Nichoir after years of treating and rehabilitating oiled birds from accidental spills across Quebec.
OARS will be delivered in conjunction with California-based International Bird Rescue, the world leader in this field, to create a network of 40 professionals across Quebec trained in safely treating oiled birds.
